RBI says it best when it says nothing at all

If anyone needed a lesson in how to ban cryptocurrency without actually banning it, watch what’s happening in India. The various institutions are doing the good cop-bad cop routine to bamboozle cryptocurrency exchanges and crypto traders in the country—some 15 million of them. 

First India’s banking regulator, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), sounded the death knell in April 2018 by saying that banks must not deal with cryptocurrency.
