What should an ideal bank look like?
A couple of days ago, I asked this question on Twitter and a few WhatsApp groups I’m part of. These are some of the answers I got:
- “The one I don’t need to call or calls me”
- “One where the width of the smile is not related to the total balance in account”
- “Allows me to get x done while going through the least amount of people and in the quickest time frame”
- “I’d love if my bank lets me withdraw (over a lakh) with minimal friction and no questions asked”
- “Fewer ID checks, but more secure.
