It was a slow Wednesday when The Ken visited the warehouse of one of Indonesia’s fastest-growing logistics startups, Shipper. Located in a cargo hub area in Denpasar, Bali, there was only one pick-up truck, which was loaded with goods and ready to go. There were a few people at the back of the warehouse doing a quality check of the products stored, and two employees were managing the inflow and outflow of everything within the premise.
Shipper handles orders from marketplaces like Tokopedia and Shopee. Let’s say you place an order online for a pair of shoes.
