Project Manager is dead. Long live the Product Manager
Zoho University enrolls students who have just passed out of school Plus 2 or have dropped out from college, pays them a stipend and trains them to join product teams. Many of them have gone on to become Product Managers. They have not spent One Rupee to become that. There are alternative pathways to becoming Product Managers, and they are slowly emerging.
