You're right of course but I get the sense that (and as the data shows) instead of moving away from such practices, we find ourselves only facing more and more of these. All of them stem from the same underlying cause - the lack of serious effort in judicial reform across the country. As in the case you have mentioned, banks know there won't be any serious consequences for their illegal freeze on accounts since few have the stomach for a long drawn out court battle over the matter.
